Top Cut Welding & Maintenance are a family based company owned by Ryan and Erryn Harding. Ryan and Erryn have two young sons and understand and appreciate how important it is to provide a supportive family culture in business.
At Top Cut Welding & Maintenance we pride ourselves on looking after our valued employees, allowing peace of mind for themselves and their families.From the time Ryan was an apprentice Sheet Metal / Welder he had a vision that he would like to own his own manufacturing business. After Ryan had gained a variety of experience from several companies that gave him a diverse range of knowledge and skills, he and Erryn bought a lawn mowing business.
This business was purchased with the vision of building what they have today!
